Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Configpilotgrid programs purchased via invoice or enrollment confirmation. This website does not process checkout payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the cohort start date and have not accessed paid live sessions or downloadable cohort packs.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment for self-paced Pulse Pass purchases that remain unused, or within the pre-start window above for live cohorts.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort begins but before the third live session, you may receive a 40% partial refund of the tuition paid for that cohort, minus any documented third-party seating costs.

Non-refundable items

Atlas Retainer months already delivered, private lab data-room setup fees, and completed one-off workshops are non-refundable. Bundle discounts may be recalculated if part of a package is cancelled.

Refund process

Email contact@configpilotgrid.digital with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within 10 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add extra days.

Cancellation by Configpilotgrid

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the cancelled cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai consumer law remain unaffected. Documented medical or force-majeure cases may receive goodwill accommodations at our discretion.
