Modules

What you work through

  1. Tone Ladder Foundations — Calibrate polarity scales with real store samples, including mixed praise-and-complaint reviews.
  2. Urgency vs. Volume — Weight rare but severe signals so they are not drowned by mild three-star chatter.
  3. Theme Cartography — Build a living taxonomy for onboarding, payments, performance, and trust.
  4. Locale Listening — Practice with bilingual Thai market reviews and soft-refusal patterns.
  5. Stakeholder Storyboards — Translate clusters into release notes, FAQ updates, and experiment briefs.
  6. Ops Handoff — Install a recurring triage ritual with owners, SLAs, and exit criteria.

FAQ

Do I need coding experience?

No. Optional notebooks are provided, but the core craft is labeling judgment and facilitation.

Will you analyze my private reviews?

Only if your company opts into a private lab add-on. Public cohorts use anonymized datasets.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not train proprietary ML models for you. If you need a custom classifier in production, you will still need data science partners after the lab.

Time zone?

Live sessions anchor on Indochina Time (ICT) with recordings for async catch-up.

Learner notes

Week four’s stakeholder storyboard finally got our marketing lead to stop rewriting support macros from gut feel.

★★★★☆ — Clear facilitation scripts. Wish the Locale Listening module had one more bilingual drill set.
